CAMPAIGN
ZAMOSC 2006
On 17th September 2006 we
went to Zamość on invitation of believers to have two evangelisms there. The
first evangelism took place in front of the building where the local church
has meetings. Over 100 people participated in the service and thanks to the
good loudspeakers we could be heard in the blocks of flats nearby. We had a
wonderful weather, so the whole program went well. As a missionary team we
ministered with songs, dramas and testimonies, and Michał shared the Word.
It was a special evangelism for us because it was our first time on stage
and many of us broke inner fears. At the end of the service, when Michał
finished preaching, we could see raised hands of people who want to pray for
salvation and we could see people who coming forward to ask for prayer.
Our second evangelism that day took place on the main square in the Old City
in Zamość. We had an opportunity to perform on a big concert stage that was
put there by the city’s authorities for special occasions. In evangelism
helped the music team from the Church Oaza, a part of the Kaleidoscope group
and youth from the local church. In our program there were songs for God,
pantomimes and dramas, a dance and the message of God’s Word. Agnes, Dagmara
and Ryszard shared testimonies of what God did in their lives. Thanks to the
place where we had the concert, many people could hear Gospel. We assume
that it was about half a thousand people, but even more people could hear us
in the nearby houses and also walking on the square. After the concert many
people raised hands and prayed for salvation. A few people went forward and
we could pray with them for the solution to their problems and deliverance
from addictions. We believe that we will be able to come to Zamość again.
God really blessed us and we also got invitations to other towns to organise
concerts there.

A testimony from
evangelism:
After I gave my
testimony, a 50-years-old woman, Elisabeth, came to me and asked: How
did it happen that you were set free from cigarettes? I told her that it
didn’t happen by my might but it was Jesus Christ Himself who did that.
She said: I want to be freed from cigarettes too. After a
short talk, I offered to pray for her. She was a bit confused but she
agreed. When I finished praying, she said that she felt something inside
her. I gave her a few instructions on how to come to Jesus and how to
pray. I also proposed that she should contact the
pastor from the local church and she made an
appointment to talk to him about God.
